The questions in this FAQ are designed to help you get started with the common tasks you'll perform within SeeSaw Ads. If you don't see what your are looking for, let us know.

How do I get a SeeSaw Ads account?

Your SeeSaw Ads Account Manager will assist you with getting a SeeSaw Ads account.

How do I sign into SeeSaw Ads?

Your SeeSaw Networks Account Manager will send the SeeSaw Ads web address to you. After you receive this address, launch a web browser and enter the web address. When you reach the Sign In page, enter your email address, your password, and click Sign In.

How can I change my password?

After signing into SeeSaw Ads, go to My Accounts, then click the Change Password link. Complete the change password entries (Current Password, New Password) and click Change Password. Your password will be updated. You will receive an email message (notification) confirming the password change.

Are there any password rules?

Yes. Your password should be easy to remember but difficult for others to guess. Do not share your password with anyone, or use old passwords. For security purposes, your new password must be a minimum of six characters long. A strong password contains a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters (remember that your password is case sensitive), numbers, and special characters such as +, ?, and *.

I've forgotten my password. How can I retrieve it?

You can retrieve your password by clicking I Forgot My Password on the SeeSaw Ads Sign In page. A randomnly-generated password will be forwarded to you. Use this password to sign into SeeSaw Ads, then go to My Accounts and change the password to something that is easier to remember.

How is the Dashboard used?

The Dashboard allows you to access your recent campaign updates, check your To Do list, and review the messages that are in your In Box. The Dashboard also gives you quick access to tips and techniques for using SeeSaw Ads, articles about current industry trends, and an easy way to send feedback to SeeSaw Networks. Use the Dashboard to plan a campaign, view existing campaigns, create campaign proposals, edit your profile, and view/modify information about your team members.

How are people added to SeeSaw Ads?

Accounts are set up by SeeSaw Networks. When someone is invited to join the team from within your company or a partner company who does not have a SeeSaw Ads account, an email is sent to your SeeSaw Networks Account Manager. Your Account Manager will review the request, and set up an account for the person you invited. Once your account manager has entered their information, the person is sent an email with their SeeSaw password.

How can I invite people into SeeSaw Ads?

During campaign creation, you can Invite people into SeeSaw Ads by clicking the Invite New Person button. After entering the person's contact information, click Send and Continue.
