How will I be billed for my media?
SeeSaw Networks invoices clients at the beginning of the broadcast calendar month. Payment terms will be 30-days from invoice date. SeeSaw Networks will provide 1 invoice per campaign per broadcast month.
SeeSaw Networks uses a weekly billing cycle that is in alignment the Outdoor Advertising Association of America's (OAAA) recommendations for traditional media billing practices.
What is the OAAA?

What are SeeSaw's payment terms?
Payment terms are 30-days from invoice date. Example: if your invoice date is November 1, your payment is due within 30 days of the invoice, or on December 1.
SeeSaw Networks will provide one (1) invoice per campaign per broadcast month. For more information about billing, contact your SeeSaw Networks Account Manager.
When will I be invoiced?
SeeSaw invoices on the first day of the month for the broadcast calendar. Invoices are monthly with weekly billing cycles per recommendation from the Outdoor Advertising Association of America (OAAA). For example, consider a campaign that starts January 15, 2007 and runs until February 28, 2007. On Monday January 1, 2007 (the beginning of Jan 2007 broadcast month), SeeSaw will send you an invoice for the month of January 2007 that bills for the weeks of Jan 15th (campaign start) and Jan 22nd with net30 terms. On Monday Jan 29th (the beginning of Feb 2007 broadcast month), SeeSaw will send you an invoice for the month of February 2007 for the weeks of Jan 29th, Feb 5th, Feb 12th and Feb 19th with net30 terms. On Monday February 26, 2007 (the beginning of Mar 2007 broadcast month), SeeSaw will send you an invoice for the month of March that bills for the week of February 26th.

What is a proof of play report?
SeeSaw proof-of-play reports show you actual campaign progress against your planned campaign objectives. At a minimum, SeeSaw's proof-of-play campaign reports will show you actual number of plays, number of impressions and variances. SeeSaw will contact you when the campaign has launched and will provide Proof-of-Play reports while the campaign is running. In addition, you can review you campaign status by logging into SeeSaw Ads and navigating the Campaigns tab where all of your campaigns and their status are presented. You may also contact your SeeSaw Account Manager at anytime if you have questions about your campaign(s).
Is my company reimbursed if my ad does not run?
SeeSaw's goal is to make sure you, and ultimately, your clients are delighted. In line with standard industry practices, if campaign variances are below the campaign plan, SeeSaw will provide for make good options. Your SeeSaw Account Manager will contact you to discuss the make good options in the event this happens.
What is the broadcast calendar?
The broadcast calendar an industry-accepted calendar primarily used for accounting and billing procedures in the broadcast industry. The broadcast calendar contains four or five weeks, with each month beginning on a Monday, Weeks run Monday-Sunday, and each month is four or five weeks long.
SeeSaw is using the broadcast calendar per guidelines from the OAAA.

What is an affidavit?
An affidavit is usually a written statement or document of facts that is signed and confirmed by person and/or company from whom it is provided. Affidavits usually accompany other documents, such as a contract or a campaign summary, and may be signed by a notary public or a corporate official, such as the Chief Financial Officer or Chief Executive Officer, with the authority to administer such statements.
Will I receive an affidavit?
Yes. You will receive affidavits at the end of each invoicing period, i.e. at the end of each broadcast month in your campaign.
How does the discount work?
When you plan and buy a campaign with SeeSaw Ads, SeeSaw is giving you the best plan and best deal that is available. Unlike traditional out-of-home buys, SeeSaw does not present you the opportunity to negotiate as we are presenting the best deal in the out-of-home digital media market. We have negotiated the CPMs for you upfront with the sign networks.
SeeSaw will, however, provide discounts to our customers. This discount is negotiated at the company level and driven by your SeeSaw Account Manager and your company's leadership. Please note SeeSaw applies this discount to your campaign total. Please note, too, that all numbers presented in SeeSaw are net, i.e. they do not include your agency commission.
Does SeeSaw Networks have a rate card?
Yes. SeeSaw's rate card details the CPMs SeeSaw charges. The rate card is driven by market areas, categories, venues and demand.
What is a make-good?
A make-good is intended to deliver on a promise such as a campaign contractual agreement, and essentially replaces an ad that did not run as scheduled, aired improperly, or included errors or quality issues that affected the ad's content while it ran. Your SeeSaw Account Manager will contact you to discuss the make good options in the event this happens.
Can I maintain billing information in SeeSaw Ads?
Yes. Contract and Company billing information can be maintained in SeeSaw Ads. Sign into SeeSaw Ads, and select My Accounts > Billing Information. SeeSaw uses this contact information to send invoices and reach out to you in the event we need to discuss financial matters.
Am I eligible for a discount?
Please contact your SeeSaw Account Manager to discuss your eligibility for discounts.
