Exporting Campaign Information
Exporting allows you to convert your entire campaign plan summary and venue list to Excel (spreadsheet) or PDF format.
After your plan summary or venue list is exported, you can:
- Share the details of a campaign with colleagues or clients after reserving your campaign
- Compare one plan versus another
- Email the file as an attachment
- Augment your marketing and sales documents
- Print the file
- Save the file for future reference
Any team member with campaign creation access can export campaign summaries.
To export a plan summary:
- Select the campaign you want to export from the Campaigns List page. Your plan can only be exported if it has been reserved or purchased.
- Click the Plan summary tab, and then click Export.
- After a few moments, a dialog box that allows you to save or open the file will appear. Select the desired option and click OK. The export conversion time varies. It may take a minute or longer, depending on the size of the campaign summary.
After your plan is converted, a dialog box that allows you to save (or open) the file will appear. Click Save, then click OK to save the file to your computer.
Note: If your export does not start, click the Start Export link on the Campaign Reservation page.
From there, you can view or print the file any time you like.
